We are proud to partner with Sean’s Place and support the vital work they do for men’s mental health within our local community. Their work provides men with a safe, welcoming space where they can connect with others, feel heard and access support without judgement. Frequency is more than a brand. It is a movement committed to building stronger connections, encouraging resilience and creating a healthier, more supportive community.

Our Community Walk for Mental Health Awareness Week brought people together for a meaningful moment of reflection, connection and support. Held around Sefton Park in partnership with Sean’s Place, it was a reminder to slow down, be kind to ourselves, and recognise that we are never alone we are always supported by our community.

Our Kids Casting Day was a proud moment for our community, giving hundreds of local children the chance to shine, build confidence, and be seen. It was all about creating real opportunities from becoming the next face of Frequency to the exciting possibility of being signed with SoCity Modeling Agency and starting their journey into modelling.

Spending the day outdoors with our community was a great reminder of how powerful it is to come together, support one another and enjoy the journey as much as the view at the top. Moments like these strengthen connections, and show the impact of shared experiences beyond the workplace.

We were proud to support KIND’s Christmas Appeal with a donation of Frequency sportswear for local children. A special thank you to everyone involved at KIND for the incredible time, care and hard work they dedicate to supporting children and families across our local community. Their efforts help bring comfort, happiness and a little extra magic to those who need it most during the festive season. It was a privilege to play a small part in such a meaningful appeal and see our clothing reach local children. We are grateful to support an initiative making a real difference to so many families.

Our Frequency Padel Day brought athletes and members of our community together for a day of fast-paced matches, friendly competition and shared energy on court. More than a tournament, it was an opportunity to connect through movement, challenge one another and enjoy the game. The day captured what Frequency stands for: showing up, moving with purpose and building a community that goes beyond clothing.

We came together at The Willpower Club alongside the incredible team at Sean’s Place UK for Kettlebells & Coffee, bringing men from across our community together for a morning of movement, coffee and honest conversation. It is never just about the training. Events like this create an opportunity to step away from everyday pressures, connect with others and remind one another that nobody has to face life’s challenges alone. To every man who joined us, challenged themselves and became part of the morning, thank you and well done. Your presence helped make the event what it was. This is community, connection and movement with purpose. This is why we do what we do.

We were proud to host our Kids Easter Event at Air Unlimited, giving 150 children from our local community a free evening filled with jumping, flipping and plenty of fun. The event was created as a thank you to the families and young customers who continue to support Frequency. It was an opportunity to bring everyone together and give something back to the community that has supported us throughout our journey. To everyone who joined us and helped make the event possible, thank you. This is what moving with purpose is all about.
