Standard Returns:

For items purchased from www.frequencyuk.co.uk (UK only), our standard policy allows returns within 14 days from the delivery date.

Extended Christmas Returns:

Shopping for gifts? We're making it easier! For orders placed between 20th November 2025 and 22nd December 2025, you can return items up until 15th January 2026. Our usual 14-day returns policy will resume for all purchases made from 23rd December 2025 onwards.

Important Criteria for All Returns:

All returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with all tags still attached. Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded. For more information please check out Refund Policy.

If you wish to return an item, please make sure you add a note with your full name, order number and brief description why. This should be returned to:

We suggest that you use a *tracked* or *signed for* Royal Mail service with adequate insurance should you need to make a claim.

To steer clear of any issues and delays please avoid using a third party courier service.

Frequency are not responsible for returned goods lost in transit.
