Standard Returns:

For items purchased from www.frequencyuk.co.uk (UK only), our standard policy allows returns within 14 days from the delivery date.

Extended Christmas Returns:

Shopping for gifts? We're making it easier! For orders placed between 20th November 2025 and 22nd December 2025, you can return items up until 15th January 2026. Our usual 14-day returns policy will resume for all purchases made from 23rd December 2025 onwards.

We want you to feel great about every Frequency order. But if something isn’t quite right, returning it is simple. Just follow the steps through our online returns portal and we’ll take care of the rest.

How it works:

Step 1: Enter your email
Use the email address you used to place your order. A one-time confirmation code will be sent to verify your account.

Step 2: Complete your return
Follow the instructions in the portal to select the item(s) you want to return and the reason for return. Then choose one of the available courier options to handle your return.

Step 3: Receive your QR code
Once your return is confirmed, you’ll receive a QR code. This will be scanned at your chosen drop-off point.

Step 4: Drop it off
Package your item securely and take it to your selected drop-off location. Scan the QR code when dropping it off, and your return is complete!

Important Criteria for All Returns:

All returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with all tags still attached. Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded. Hygiene restrictions apply to underwear, headwear, water bottles and towels. For more information please check out Refund Policy.

Frequency are not responsible for returned goods lost in transit.
