Standard Returns
UK orders only
For items purchased from www.frequencyuk.co.uk, our standard policy allows returns within 14 days from the delivery date.
We want you to feel great about every Frequency order. If something isn't quite right, returning it is simple — just follow the steps through our online returns portal below.
Important Criteria
All returns must meet the following
Note: Items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded.
- Unworn and in original packaging
- All tags still attached
- Hygiene restrictions apply to underwear, headwear, water bottles and towels

- We are currently unable to offer exchanges.
- Frequency are not responsible for returned goods lost in transit.

How it works
Start Your Return
All returns are handled through our online portal. Click the link below, enter your order details, and you'll be guided through the whole process.
Step 1
Enter Your Email
Use the email address you used to place your order. A one-time confirmation code will be sent to verify your account.
Step 2
Complete Your Return
Select the item(s) you want to return, choose your reason, and pick an available courier option.
Step 3
Receive Your QR Code
Once confirmed, you'll receive a QR code to be scanned at your chosen drop-off point.
Step 4
Drop It Off
Package your item securely, take it to your drop-off location, scan the QR code — and you're done!
Outside the UK
International Returns
For international orders placed via www.frequencyuk.co.uk, our standard policy allows returns within 14 days of the delivery date. International customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

Inside your parcel
- Your order number
- Your name and email address
- A note clearly stating "Return" and the reason for your return
- The item(s) in their original condition with tags attached
