Once your parcel has arrived with our returns team, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure there is no damage or defects to the goods.
If it is eligible for a refund we aim to process it within 5 days. This marks the item(s) as returned and triggers a refund. Once the refund process has started, we expect the refund to be back with you within 5 working days.
If the item(s) is not eligible for a refund against our refund policy then we will be in touch via email.
WE SUGGEST THAT YOU USE a tracked or signed for royal mail service with adequate insurance should you need to make a claim.
to steer clear of any issues and delays please avoid using a third party courier service.
