How do I return/exchange my order?
We currently offer a refund only policy (exchanges are not available) click here for returns.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO PROCESS MY REFUND?
Once your parcel has arrived with our returns team, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure there is no damage or defects to the goods.
If it is eligible for a refund we aim to process it within 5 days. This marks the item(s) as returned and triggers a refund. Once the refund process has started, we expect the refund to be back with you within 5 working days.
If the item(s) is not eligible for a refund against our refund policy then we will be in touch via email.
WHAT COURIER SHALL I USE TO RETURN?
WE SUGGEST THAT YOU USE a tracked or signed for postal service with adequate insurance should you need to make a claim
to steer clear of any issues and delays please avoid using a third party courier service
Frequency is not responsible for returned goods lost in transit.
