Please note that customers will be responsible for returns costs.

Once your parcel has arrived with our returns team, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure there is no damage or defects to the goods.

If it is eligible for a refund we aim to process it within 5 days. This marks the item(s) as returned and triggers a refund. Once the refund process has started, we expect the refund to be back with you within 5 working days.

If the item(s) is not eligible for a refund against our refund policy then we will be in touch via email.

You can return your item(s) through our RETURNS PORTAL where we offer a selection of trusted courier partners. Once your return is arranged, you will receive the relevant shipping instructions and tracking details.

Frequency is not responsible for returned goods lost in transit.

All orders are shipped using our trusted delivery partners including InPost, Royal Mail and DPD. You can track your order by logging into your account. Alternatively, check the tracking link sent to your email to view the latest tracking updates.
