All orders will be sent by DPD (PIN Code) NEXT DAY for customers inside of the United Kingdom. We want to make sure your shopping experience with us is safe and secure which is why we have partnered with DPD, to improve customer security and reduce fraud.
Orders must be placed before 2PM (Monday - Thursday) to guarantee next working day delivery, or 2PM Friday for Saturday delivery.
How DPD PIN Operates?
When placing your order it is important to provide your correct mobile number and e-mail address during the checkout process.
Once an order is processed you will receive a 4-digit PIN Code via SMS and/or e-mail that you will need to pass onto your DPD driver in order for them to complete their delivery of your order.
Once the correct 4 digit PIN is given to the driver they will enter it into their handheld terminal and once confirmed the parcel(s) can then be released to you.
What happens if I don’t have the PIN?
If you don’t have the PIN to hand then the driver can resend the pin to the mobile number or e-mail originally entered on your order.
In instances where you are unable to provide your distinct 4-digit PIN during the delivery attempt, the driver will make another delivery attempt on the following day.
Please note that this process has been implemented to ensure the safety and security of your goods.
If you don’t have your DPD PIN or your phone to receive the PIN, the driver will be unable to deliver your parcel. We thank you for your understanding.
